Ross’ River Trips reserves the right to cancel or change the departure times of boat trips.
The safety of the boat, passengers and crew is the highest priority for Ross’ River Trips. For this reason on board passengers must follow any instructions and comply with any requests made by the skipper.
Ross’ River Trips will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delay or failure of the boat to operate, bad weather or failure of any passenger to board a scheduled vessel.
No claim of any nature shall be enforceable against Ross’ River Trips unless written notice of it has been given within 14 days of the trip from which it arises.
Ross’ River Trips reserves the right to refuse entry onto the boat.
Dogs are welcome on board as long as they are under good control, and are accepted at the discretion of the skipper.
The person in whose name a private hire reservation is made is responsible for the good conduct of passengers during the booking and for payment of the account. The hirer will pay for any losses, damage or breakage to any fixtures, fittings or equipment resulting from bad conduct by passengers.
